Involvement

What is the Involved role?

The involvement role serves to indicate a contributor that has became part of the The Orivon Project

Involvement status means that you have voice and decision power on behalf of the project actions and directions, furthermore you have access to various involved-reserved chats within our Discord server

Currently decision polls can be made only from the Elite Team, but as the project matures every Involved will be able to make these, along with weighted voting power

(This server to apply our pre-DAO governance system described at Orivon Docs pre-DAO Phase)

What is required to become Involved?

A contributor can become an involved once his first record of contribution to Orivon is made
Then, the invite from another involved, and the confirmation from the Founder or Community Manager is required

In future, we may decide a clearer or more restrictive path to become an involved, also based on the pre-DAO governance decisions

Requirements and terms to become an Involved may change as time passes

When should I invite someone as an involved?

Especially if you have a management role (Like Community Manager, Growth Strategist), or even just a contributor networking with other Web3 contributors for Orivon, you are responsible to choose to invite a contributor as an involved as soon as he seems eligible and worth of it

Giving out the Involved role at those who started contributing to Orivon is an important piece to make a exciting environment for the Orivon growth and further trust and commitment into the project

How is someone elected "Involved"?

Once a contributor is confirmed to be eligible for the Involved role, he will be required to formally accept the invite to become involved with its relative terms

Only a member of the Elite Team can ask let the user accept these terms:

You have been invited to become an Involved at The Orivon Project.

By accepting you confirm that you are aware and respective of the following points:

- You will get long term decisional power on The Orivon Project organization
- Keep your availability to stay active and vote on decisional polls
- Have alignment with the Orivon idea and your best interest for its success

What causes the loss of the status "Involved"?

Currently the only reason that may cause the loss of the Involved status is low contribution history/value along with long inactivity

Generally the loss is never permanent apart exceptional cases.
